Request deletion of your Roomio data.

How to request deletion

Email contact@unveils.works with the subject Roomio data deletion request. You can request deletion of your account, if you have one, and associated data, or specify particular data you want removed.

  1. Send your request from the email address associated with Roomio or your previous inquiry, where possible.
  2. Tell us whether you want your account and associated data deleted, or only specific information.
  3. Include enough information to identify your account or request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or copies of personal files.

If you cannot access your original email address, explain this in your message so we can arrange another way to verify your request.

What happens next

We may ask for information needed to verify that the request belongs to you. After verification, we will identify the information we hold, explain the applicable deletion timeframe and any information that must be retained, and confirm when the request is completed. Deleting an account may remove access to associated features.

Data covered by your request

Your request can cover account information and associated app records held by Unveils Works, where applicable, plus support messages and project inquiry information. We delete the requested information we control unless retention is necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or resolving a dispute. If an exception applies, we will explain the data retained, the reason, and the applicable retention period in our response.

Files on your phone and in Google Drive

A deletion request to Unveils Works does not automatically delete files on your device or in your own Google Drive. Delete those files directly using your device or Google Drive controls. Disconnect Roomio from your connected cloud account and revoke its Google account access if you no longer want it to use that account. Uninstalling Roomio alone does not delete cloud backups or information held by Unveils Works.

Subscriptions

If you have a Google Play subscription, manage or cancel it separately through Google Play. Sending a data deletion request does not itself cancel a subscription.
